  • Submissions are closed.

    The application for Local Occupation Program opens October 1st  of each year and closes November 30th of that same year. Submissions must be received by 5:00 pm on November 30th for of the current year to be considered for the current school year submitted.
  • By submitting this document the LEA affirms that prior to submitting for approval by ADE CTE, the local school board and/or CTED board has approved this program as a Local Occupational Program.
     
    In order to not duplicate an already approved program, please verify the Approved Local Occupational Program List on the CTE website prior to submitting the "Proposed Local Occupational Program Request".
    **If the program is already in existence, you must use the existing Program Title and CIP number for reporting purposes.
