  • 2026 State Leadership Conference Judges
    The Arizona chapter of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) will be hosting the 62nd Annual State Leadership Conference on April 6-8, 2026 at the Tucson Convention Center for our high school students and April 6, 2026 for our middle school students.This conference will bring together over 2,200 high school and middle school students and teachers as well as over 100 volunteer workers and judges.

    Volunteer event judges are needed on April 6, 2026 for our middle level and April 6-8, 2026 for our high school competitions. Judges are responsible for interacting with and scoring FBLA members on their specific events. Winners at the State Leadership Conference have the opportunity to represent FBLA Arizona at the National Leadership Conference this summer.

    If you are interested in judging, please complete the online registration form below. Alot of our events are general specific and don't require alot of expertise. However, we do have another set of events that require industry knowledge and are very tech or program specific. We will go over the event requirements with you ahead of time. Please sign up for what you feel confident and knowledgable in judging. We have listed events for you to select if you are interested in these specifically. Only check those boxes if you have that skill set and are interested in judging that event. Otherwise, you will be assigned to one of our events on the day that you arrive to judge. You will be contacted via email to confirm your participation and to provide any last-minute details.

    Event areas include: entrepreneurship, marketing, public speaking, customer service, management, job interview, photography, software, film and tv and more! Please select the areas below that best fit your interests.

    All judges will receive an orientation.

    Again the event wil be held at the Tucson Convention Center - 260 S. Church Street, Tucson, AZ 85701.

  • Middle Level Event Conference

    April 6, 2026 Tucson Convention Center, Tucson
  • Are you available to judge on Monday, April 6th from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm? This will be the times of our middle school and collegiate competitions. Times may change based on how many students sign up and what events they sign up for.

  • Are you available to judge on Monday, April 6th from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm? This will be for our high school division. Times may change based on how many students are signed up in each event.

  • Pre-Submitted Project Judging! If you cannot attend the conference physically, you can sign-up to judge pre-submitted projects. These projects and information will be sent to your email and you will simply complete the judging materials and send the information back to us after two weeks.
