• 2025-2026 FBLA ARIZONA CHAPTER AWARDS

    Due March 1, 2026
  • Based on the addition of a CTSO for an approved CTE program, each FBLA chapter is required to complete the CTSO Compliance Chapter Level. This program is designed to provide recognition for our chapters while ensuring that our membership is strong and active. All documentation for awards will be due on March 1. Go to our website at azfbla.org and look under the adviser resources tab for the chapter awards submission link.

  • Arizona CTSO Compliance Chapter – (Required for all chapters)

     1.     Complete the CTSO Annual Submission Form.

    2.     Update and submit a current copy of your local Approved Bylaw Template.

    3.     Input your FBLA membership into the national membership database system (FBLA Connect) by November 1st and request an affiliation tier level and invoice from the state office (Minimum membership is five paid students).

    4.     Submit a current Program of Work (POW) using the state-approved template.

    5.     Hold at least four meetings per school year (submit minutes).

     

    Arizona Bronze Chapter

    ♦   Must complete the compliance level to be eligible for this award PLUS (2) items from each category (Collaborate, Educate, Lead, Serve).

    ♦   Arizona Bronze level chapters will receive an official certificate, bronze chapter ribbons at SLC, and chapter listed on the FBLA Arizona website and app.

    Arizona Silver Chapter

    ♦   Must complete the compliance and bronze levels to be eligible for this award PLUS (3) items from each category (Collaborate, Educate, Lead, Serve).

    ♦   Arizona Silver level chapters will receive an official certificate, silver chapter ribbons at SLC, plaque, and chapter name listed on the FBLA Arizona website and app.

     Arizona Gold Chapter

    ♦   Must complete the compliance, bronze, and silver levels to be eligible for this award PLUS (4) items from each category (Collaborate, Educate, Lead, Serve).

    ♦   Arizona Gold level chapters will receive an official certificate, gold chapter ribbons at SLC, chapter name listed on the FBLA Arizona website and app, on stage plaque presentation at SLC, and upfront seating at closing session.

     Arizona Platinum Chapter

    ♦   Must complete the compliance, bronze, silver, and gold levels to be eligible for this award PLUS (5) items from each category (Collaborate, Educate, Lead, Serve).

    ♦   Arizona Platinum level chapters will receive an official certificate, platinum chapter ribbons at SLC, chapter listed on the FBLA Arizona website and app, on stage banner presentation at SLC, and upfront seating at opening and closing session.

  • Arizona Chapter Award Activities List

    Here is the list of activities you can choose from to receive the Arizona Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum awards. You must choose activities from each of the four categories.

    Collaborate:

    Choose (2) activities from this section for Bronze, (3) activities for Silver, (4) activities for Gold, and (5) activities for Platinum.

    ♦   Attend at least two FBLA Arizona Events.

    ♦   Create a chapter budget for the year.

    ♦   Complete the Summer Starter portion of the National Champion Chapter Program.

    ♦   Increase your membership by five members from the previous school year.

    ♦   Recruit a judge to judge at regional or state competition.

    ♦   Recruit at least two alumni for our alumni database system.

    ♦   Plan a chapter social activity for your FBLA members.

    Educate:

    Choose (2) activities from this section for Bronze, (3) activities for Silver, (4) activities for Gold, and (5) activities for Platinum.

    ♦   Invite a business industry person to be a guest speaker in your class.

    ♦   Recruit a school administrator to attend a local or state FBLA event.

    ♦   Have at least 10% of your class achieve a Business Achievement Award. Each level counts as one student.

    ♦   Celebrate FBLA Week in February by planning activities on each day.

    ♦   Recruit a workshop presenter for either Fall Conference or State Leadership Conference.

    ♦   Invite a state officer to come to your class to do a chapter visit presentation.

    ♦   Participate in a Future Freshmen night and talk about FBLA and why they should join.

     Lead:

    Choose (2) activities from this section for Bronze, (3) activities for Silver, (4) activities for Gold, and (5) activities for Platinum.

    ♦   Complete the Shaping Success portion of the National Champion Chapter Program.

    ♦   Have at least one student apply for the FBLA Arizona Scholarship.

    ♦   Have your chapter officer team attend Leadership Camp.

    ♦   Attend at least two of the state officer’s leadership webinars throughout the year.

    ♦   Have your chapter make a video of the benefits of joining FBLA.

    ♦   Present a workshop to a middle school class or another business, IT, or Media class that talks about FBLA and why they should be a member.

    ♦   Submit a press release and at least one scanned or digital photo to an FBLA State or National publication showing what great things your chapter is doing.

    Serve:

    Choose (2) activities from this section for Bronze, (3) activities for Silver, (4) activities for Gold, and (5) activities for Platinum.

    ♦   Conduct a Chapter Community Service Project.

    ♦   Complete the Service Session portion of the National Champion Chapter Program.

    ♦   Have at least one student run for state office or state council.

    ♦   Have at least 10% of your chapter participate in our state community service project.

    ♦   Have the officer team plan a project that will benefit your school.

    ♦   Sponsor a school wide donation drive to collect items for people in need (toys, canned food goods, clothing, school supplies, etc.).

    ♦   Organize and plan at least one fundraising activity for your chapter.
