Business Operations Support Staff (BOSS) Team members are FBLA Arizona alumni that have graciously volunteered their time assisting with conferences and events. Duties may vary from facilitating workshops and setting up or taking down AV equipment, to leading a color team to victory at the annual Leadership Camp. If you are interested in being a BOSS Team Member for the 2025-2026 school year, please fill out this form in its entirety. COMPLETION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT AS A BOSS MEMBER. Completing this form will add you to the list of potential BOSS members for each conference. In the weeks prior to each event, an email containing more details will be sent out to potential BOSS members. Spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis, so act quickly if you are interested. Forms can be submitted year-round up until March 31, 2026. In order to be considered for a given conference, your completed form must be sent in at least on month prior to the event.
