2025-2026 Leadership Passport Program
The Arizona DECA Leadership Passport Program encourages individual members to engage in activities and participate in events that enrich their DECA experience. This program recognizes and rewards actions taken by members to develop personal and professional skills. These efforts focus on academic preparedness, community involvement, professional responsibility, and leadership development.

Participants achieving various levels of passport success, Blue, Gold, and Diamond, will be honored at the Arizona DECA State Career Development Conference.

To begin earning your Leadership Passport Levels, please complete the following initial steps:
Develop Goals: Create a list of at least three (3) academic goals, personal goals, and DECA goals for the year (three goals total minimum)*
One goal in each area minimum.
Craft a resume: Write a resume and submit it to your chapter advisor or chapter president for feedback. Submit your finished resume. *

Leadership Passport Program Tiers
Congratulations on completing the initial steps of the Arizona DECA Leadership Passport Program! You are now ready to start working towards achieving one of our three prestigious tiers: Blue, Gold, or Diamond. Aim high and showcase your leadership skills! Remember all tiers are progressive - you have to complete Blue tier to move up to Gold tier; Blue and Gold Tier to complete Diamond tier.
