  • General Consent Form

    Each attendee must complete the Young Life Camp Guest Consent Release Form. This MUST be turned in electronically for each attendee before you check in with Arizona DECA during onsite registration. Link:

    The Special Diet Request form must be completed for any attendee with special needs during meals. This form must be completed by September 4, 2026. (NOTE: Camp DECA participants who do not require a special diet should not complete this form.) Link:

  • Arrival Policy

    The gates of the venue will not open until 4:00 p.m. on the first day of camp. If you plan on traveling early, make sure you have other activities planned until the 4:00 p.m. arrival time. Williams, Arizona is an Old West-themed town located on historic Route 66, which features many restaurants and shops. You may also consider visiting the Bearizona Wildlife Park on your way in. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS ARRIVAL POLICY. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
